Return Policy
Warranty Policy
Our products include a one-year warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects. You can request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within this period. The warranty does not cover damage from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or items not purchased from Bamatent.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Defective Goods
If your item is sent by mistake, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Remorse
If you purchased the wrong item, it’s not suitable, or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@bamatent.com. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Do not send items to the original shipping address.
We process return requests within 48 hours. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us with any specific questions.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@bamatent.com.
